two white spots dry/sweaty around the penis that itch at night (right side only) , it get sweaty while i sleep no matter what the temperature is , i thought it was a fungal infection in the beginning , so i used a canesten cream for whole month but it didn’t help at all . if u got any idea please help me I’d appreciate it.

u should consult with a dermatologist so they can prescribe the correct cream as its some kind of skin issue
i really need your help actually I got very small patches on shaft of my pines that for 6 years and Lil bit itchy but not all the time and very flat no bleeding no any infections it’s look like very thin .I showed that to dermatology and she gave me steroid cream but I didn’t used and she said that look like benign and not to worried . I’m not sexual active and I have only this one no any skin condition . few days ago i showd the picture to 2 urologist and they said its not cancer 100% You can see the photo . Please if you can help me to find out what is that . Because I keep thinking and stress and anxiety @
