I'm so low ... I'm constantly bloated and not looking forward to my summer holiday 😢😢😢. Now ive started with really painful aching at the bottom of my back n pelvic area and also the same feeling in my right arm....has anybody else experienced this?? I'm seeing an hormone specialist in August but it feels a lifetime away X
Louise I too hate hormones myself but you know I tell myself we have to go through it and get through it
I have low back pain funny head eyes those two I defiantly hate and which it would stop I pray everyday
All Doctors do is put you on HRT have to be on that for a while to get the full benefits I scared bit for it only 3 weeks and I came off
You will be fine baby girl you just like me want the crap to stop
I heard it gets better with time can't wait I call this punishment
Summer is here and all you ever do is get hot and sweaty make it worst
I notice heart palpitations slow down a bit and hot flashes too,I'm sure they will come back because not gone the fill 12 months yet it should all end when periods finish bit I heard it carry's on until hormones stop flatuating I guess
I have been getting some sleep lately but not what I would like
If you want to see s hormone specialist go only you know what I'd best for yourself and hope he can help you feel better good luck darling hugs.

Thankyou maria101. I had hystrectomy 2 yrs ago but left ovaries. Cause I'm 38 they won't give me HRT 😢😢😢😢 my weight is keeping up n I hate it.... I agree this is punishment xx
