I don't really remember when I got this but it has been a couple of months and it hasn't gone away. It is noticeable when my penis is erect. Is it due to dry skin?. Should I go to a doctor? Should I be concerned?

Can you see other areas on your genitals with this type of appearance? If you do, please post more photos of the lesions/spots. If it’s just one black spot, it’s probably just a black head caused by a blocked gland.

There are no other spots like this. Should I be concerned about this black head and how do I remove this. Thanks for your help.
Keep it under observation for next month or so and if it hasn’t cleared, see a doctor.
