Hi, just wondering what this might be, I dropped a shelf on my right foot about 4 years ago and still have the bruise from it. It doesn't hurt, it's not swollen, and it's only about 1cm by 4 cm so it's not big, I'm just interested in what it might be!
Hi bet that hurt, its obviously a hematoma, as in a bruise, the body would normally absorb this but yours for some reason didn't, it could just be its in a boney area and has got stuck there and has calcified, does it hurt or itch or seem hot and inflamed, these can be removed either by aspiration or by just opening it up and taking it out if its troublesome, but just ask your Dr next time you see him, don't worry about it though as its probably absolutely fine, its the worry that gets to you more
Doesn't hurt in the slightest, as long as it's nothing sinister I don't mind if it stays there forever haha

bruises are the result of broken blood vessels. The reason bruises turn green and yellow is because the body breaks down removes the old blood.
Perhaps you wilk show this spot to your physician.
