I have a “bump” but it’s not itchy or sore and it’s not discharging anything. I’ve had some on my hands and forearm.!
i occasionally get the same kind of bump but still have no idea what it is so let me know what you find.
I would suggest a lichen planus, but lichen planus is usually symptomatic
