So for a pretty long time now, I have this red bump/swelling on my glans. The bump is shiny, and painful. I am still a virgin by the way. I only wash it with warm water, since I can’t touch it. (because of the pain) And there is another problem, when I pull back my foreskin for the first time a day, it’s kinda sticked to my glans (it’s not painful to pull back, just! thought it worth to mention) I’d really appreciate some help/advice.

You are going to need to get the bump / swelling checked by a medical professional as soon as you can.
Once that issue is resolved I can help you with the issue regarding your foreskin. What you will need to do everyday is to fully draw back your foreskin and clean underneath, that is, both the head / glans of your penis itself, and the inner-foreskin.
Use the warm water only and then dry with a clean dry towel that only you use - what may help is if you get some Liquid Coconut Oil that is for use on skin, rather than hair - place a very small amount on the tip of your small finger and place this ONLY on the lower part of the head of your penis when it is fully exposed.
