it just popped up around this weekend after i shaved. i have three of them and i am worried.

I think it may be either an infected Fordyce gland or an infected hair follicle or an infected ingrowing hair. Hair root infections are common with ladies who shave a lot. Just keep it clean and it should come to a head and then discharge. Dont squeeze it. Try sitting in a warm bath.
Change your razor and try not to shave for a week at least to allow the infections to heal.
