Dear emma,
They look like clusters of genital warts (HPV infection), so I suggest you see your doctor to get this confirmed and checked for other STDs.
Rgds,

Do they have any form of discharge like pus or blood? Also, are they hard to the touch?
I could also suggest other presentations of HPV warts since their appearance doesn’t look like cauliflowers. Let a dermatologist or at a sexual health clinic examine it physically.
It looks like a pimple. It does not have discharge nor odor but it is itchy.
Closet answer is HPV warts
Looks like warts. You should visit Gyno or Dermatologist and get treatment once the clinic opened. AVOID shaving or it will spread, just trim. Dont shave, stop touch the bumps to avoid self-inoculation, eat healthy and took basic vitamins for this time being since clinic are closed during this Covid19 Pandemic. TC
