i have a foot and ankle ulcer that will not heal any ideas

under the district nurses but nothing seems to be working, as anyone any advice please.

DMSO at 70% concentration (with distilled water). Apply at least 3 times a day.  Google DMSO and ulcers - it has an amazing success rate.  Good luck!
