(I am 12)So about a couple of months ago I saw that I have like these weird yellow spots under my for skin. It doesn’t hurt when I pee but there is yellow greeny substance coming out of the spots.
My young friend I am so happy that you are taking a effort in your body at your young age. What I found out is It sounds like Sebaceous Prominence. It is not a problem but it does say you should have a doctor look at it. Talk with your father if you can and go to the doctor to see how to handle it.. Good luck and take care Ken
I have searched up what you have gave me but I don’t think that is what it is. If you look at the foreskin attached to the penis it is under the foreskin. When it meets there are some like yellow spots and if you pop them they come out with yellow stuff. The doctors aren’t very good round here where I live. Is there anything I can do to stop This. It says just to wash it with soap and warm water but idk.
It is something on that order. You need to have it taking care of when you can and a Doctor is the way to go. Take care Ken
Maybe try some antiseptic cream. Not for too long, however, as the glans and foreskin rely on good bacteria to help the skin stay healthy. For this reason, many say don't use soap to wash - just clean flowing water.
