I have a hard time thinking this is anxiety...

Hm. for the past month and a half ive been experiencing weird symptoms that i woke up with one day. never felt them before. when im sleeping/lying down i start feeling a burning sensation in my legs and arms and all over head/scalp when i dont move for a few mins and then that prompts me to move/ toss around bed. IT literally feels like my head is burning. i cant sleep because it feels like pain but when i touch my arms/legs/head it feels normal like nothing is there. it also goes away when i move even an inch but comes back only when i don’t move. PAIN MEDS DONT WORK. it feels like nerve pain without the ‘getting worse when touching it’ its non existent when i touch it. i also feel really antsy in bed like i need to get up. and there’s a constant globulous sensation in my throat that worsens when i lay down. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. This only happens when i lye down. When i wake up in the middle of the night by accident i cant sleep anymore because it feels like i get bolts of adrenaline at my body. Im also REALLY sensitive to any little noise. Nothing works and its been so long. Also cant eat too much salty foods and cannot eat any sweet foods AT ALL bc it gets really bad at night when i do. Doc doesn’t know what’s going on. blood tests come out fine just a little vitamin deficiency but i have had that for a while. Anyone experiencing this??? so many sleepless nights i now dread going to sleep. honestly feels like physical anxiety symptoms without mental anxiety. or are there other illnesses that mimic anxiety?? HELP

the only thing I can think of other than anxiety is very similar is fibromyalgia, but I think you would have alot more symptoms, maybe look it up and do some research on it. but definitely seems like anxiety or it could be from your vitamin deficiency.
