I have a literal hole under my breast how do I get rid of it

This hole is deeper than the picture shows and it opens and heals maybe biweekly to monthly how can I close it permanently?

You really need to see your doctor about this “hole”. It may be just an infected cyst but something that doesnt heal and keeps breaking open needs attention by a professional.
