i was at chirch when i noticed a low humming/buzzing in my left ear and its off and on since yesterday morning im freaking out cuz i never had this and i went on google and it said i could have a tumor or anynersum. I am hard of hearing and it scares me cuz i do have major aniexty and i worry. Has anyone had this? or am i in my head about this and need to relax?
You need to relax. sounds in the ear are very common, esp with anxiety. stop googling. you can take any symptom and it will be found in a zillion conditions. With a brain tumor u would have more than that symptom.
i have had a low buzzing in my ear on and off for over 30 years. its called tinnitus and millions of people have it.
if you stay busy you won’t notice it as much but when you sit still thinking may hear it . its harmless. just get your yearly checkup and go enjoy your life it goes by too fast. .
