i noticed this lump on my penis, im not sure where it came from, i did manage to notice it after i had a wank but whether it was there befor or after im not sure.
the reason why im stressed is i did recieve oral from a lady a week ago, it was covered with a condom but still gets me nervous.
i know its probably a bit of a stretch but im hoping someone on here might be able to calm my nervs befor i see a doctor.
You have a Doctor’s appointment? So yes, there is most likely a simple cause of this totally unrelated to the oral you received.
It is likely that you have irritated something that is a natural part of your penile shaft. It could be related to having a condom in place, pressure applied during masturbation and has created a small cyst, irritation to a hair follicle, or to a Fordyce Spot or to a Sebaceous Gland - or simply a blocked skin pore.
