Few days before I had a very small bump on the covering skin of my penis head. At that time it was hard, had the colour of the skin surrounding it and was not hurting at all . Slowly it started getting bigger in size, softer and started hurting on any kind of movement of penis. It also started changing the colour to fleshy. Yesterday, it started getting black and more red.
What could it possibly be and what should I do? Is it a thing of serious concern?

I do not know what that is but If that happy to me I would go to a doctor and see what is going on. That is not right and have not seen anything like that.
Are you out of the US. Did you get bit by a bug? Get your self to a doctor

buddy..you need to see a doctor asap! not sure what it is and don’t freak out…not saying it’s cancer…but what if it is? luckily in case it is cancer it’s on your foreskin so you could have a circumcision and your penis would still look ok, the quicker you see a doctor the better.
Consult a doctor, first thing in the morning.
