I have a peculiar feeling of wanting to pee all the time, is it uti or diabetes?

I want to pee all the time. But when I do so it doesn't pain.

Diabetes peeing does not hurt.
If you think it’s a problem see a doctor, at least get a quick blood glucose and/or A1C test.

Hello,

This could be due to several reasons- this is a symptom rather that condition. Can even be Vit b12 deficiency among several other reasons. Will advise that you meet a GP.
