This is herpes blisters, Don’t scratch it if you get itch or uncomfortable. Go to doctor and check it. Apply some Antiviral cream

Thanks my dear went to the doctor yesterday I was so furious and stressed out about it even went for HIV test but came out negative bcz I didn’t know what the course of it

That’s great . HIV test shows negative some cases, If you get high fever or pink rashes or swollen lymph nodes in future. It happens in 2-4 weeks of exposure or may be later also. I would suggest you to take Retroviral drugs to control HIV
