I have a rash. What is it?

Female, 16, Toronto, Canada (a bit cold at the moment), just ended menstrual cycle, no history of acne, no bed bugs or anything of the sort. The "rash" is only on my upper body, and its making its way up my neck. Have had it for about 2 days, started at my left hip. Rash doesn't itch much, doesn't burn.

What part of the photo do you mean? In the first photo, it looked like the rash you mean are the horizontal red lines? Perhaps these were caused by the clothing putting pressure on the area?

In the second photo, it looks like there is possible some acne on the skin?

Hope that it fades, or if not perhaps you could treat it with a hydrocortisone cream?

It could also be ingrowing hair or shaving bumps? I mean in the last picture?
