With the condition you have, you need to precisely describe what the spot looks like? Does anything make it worse, such as after you have taken a shower, or washed your penis, or perhaps following masturbation? Are you circumcised? Sexually active? If so, have you used condoms, as you may have a reaction going on? Any particular reason you are fearful of what this is?
The general rule of thumb is to get Professional Medical Advice if you fear it is something bad. Keep soap away from the penis as much as possible - if uncircumcised (particularly if the spot is on the head of your penis!) cover the head of the penis by drawing the foreskin forward before you shower, then do everywhere else, thoroughly rinse off shower gels, shampoo soaps and so on, expose the head of your penis and wash with water only rub the head of your penis (gently) with the inside of your hand.
