sorry in advance for the picture but I'm extra worried. I'm not sure how long its been there for, but i noticed a month or so ago that i have a small clump of skin coming out next to my anus. Normally i wouldn't worry as it could be nothing and i could go get haemorrhoid cream and fix it but I'm 20 years of age so I'm not sure how common that would be and my sister has not so long ago contracted hpv2, so I'm worried it may be that also. I've attached a photo in case anybody knows what it may be.
more info: its very soft skin and sometimes when i wipe my anus there blood on the toilet paper for one wipe only

I have the same thing i got it when i was 20, but it doesnt annoying because its not hurt and its just normal for me. But i when im going to wash it i can feel the extra skin, for me its not std because i sex with my bf with that and he doesnt get like that, and its been a year for us, and nothing went wrong i think its just normal a skin that was irritate and get bigger but just normal
For me it will be like a stretch skin in my anus. But i dont worry anynore since it doesnt go anything wrong
