It is kind of hard to tell from the picture, but looks like a ingrown hair that is inflamed/little infected.
Exactly the same as I was thinking. I’ve had similar things to that on my face when I haven’t shaved. I use tweezers to pull the hair out and it’s usually a bit gungey, then it heals up.
If you do grab the tweezers and find a hair let me know. Just curious if that’s what it is. I tried to zoom in on the spot, but it made the pic became too blurry, so was not sure. Good luck with it James!
