i have a weird feeling (gets weak & tired ) in my right arm

Hi 10 days ago was trying pick up a remonte control in a very unconfortable way were suddenly my arm just hooked open with short shape pain for like 3 seconds and since then it feels weird, but i absolutly have no pain. pls advise
