I dont think it looks like herpes to me. It looks normal actually I have had this line many times and it is usually when my anus is stretched too hard due to pooping too hard (sorry if that sounds funny) or from anal sex or regular rough vaginal sex for me. Does it sting or burn? For me it does when I have that line, it’s like a little cut basically. It goes away by itself
I mean it itches but I already went to the doctor for a std test and they gave me some gonorrhea medication but that was about it
