It aches Ive tried scraping it off with a exfoliating stone and put vinegar on it. Now it is swollen and hurts more. I want to open it with a blade to get rid of it but dont know if its a good idea or not.
I don't think it's ever a good idea to do minor surgery on ouselves. I suggest you make an appointment with a professional to help you with your pain.

Ok thanks i will contact a foot doctor.
Could be a verruca. I had similar and used over the counter treatments. In the end it just disappeared but it was painful.
You would need to go to Dr.or foot specialist it could be an infection or collapsed bone in foot go to Dr and don't suffer needless pain
