I have an ear problem and I need help

as the title says I have an ear problem and I don’t know how to fix it.

My ear has gotten skab like stuff on the back and bottom of the ear lobe and it gets all gooey, also my ears are peirced and I can’t get the earrings out I think this may be the cause of the problem.

does anyone know what to do?

I'd swab your ear lobes with boiled, cooled salty water. This will clean them up and hopefully help with the muck that's leaking . Use clean cotton wool and dry thoroughly. Should help get the earrings out as well.
