Hello, posting anonymously, hope it's allowed. I'm 29, non-smoker. I am having a weird redness on my penis for about 5 years and it is not disappearing, I tried a lot of different creams and ointments, but it had little to no effect. When penis is flaccid then everything looks alright, but once erect and especially after masturbation then it becomes super red as if it was bruised, sometimes it even gets a bit swollen. At first I thought that it is due to Candida Albicans, but clotrimazole didn't help, I did a STD test and also Candida Albicans test and they both came negative. Now I'm thinking that maybe the redness is because of broken blood vessels or capillaries, because I can't find any other explanation why it becomes more red when erect. Here's a photo how it looks when erect and after masturbation.
Do you get rashes after sexual intercourse or masterbation? If you’re sexually active then do your partner also get any rashes or redness? Also, can you share more pictures with flaccid and erected. I have the same problem for a year now, may be we can connect and discuss some of relaxants.

i feel also maybe its from rough masterbation broke the blood vessel to outer glans skin or something
Have you tried abstaining for a prolonged period of time and if so, does it clear up? If its just from masturbation and blood vessels this should resolve it right?
If I abstain, its definitely less aggravated/ noticeable. But its still partly visible

Same here. Dozens of STD tests. All negative. I have some symptoms that I think are related to this. Tried 7 days of Doxy 3 times already.
