How do you deal with your anxiety? Mines is totally out of control I'm scared to go places , I get fast heart beats sweats numbness of the mouth dizziness feel like I'm going to pass out and extreme fear and shortness of breath, I'm not on any meds and in all honesty I'm thinking can any help me😢

I was always against anti depressants, bit ended up asking my gp for them, low dose.and they have really,helped. Sometimes they are looked on as taboo, but might want to maybe try them for trial,period? ,have had some CBT sessions, bit not sure they helped much tbh.
Meditation 2 x a day, yoga, walking on the besch (barefoot), listen to soft music, be positive.
Try meditation and affirmation. It helps me a lot. My therapist recommended this for me. Look on YouTube. Hope this helps.
I dealt with crippling anxiety and panic attacks for a few years. I never took medication but found a combination of group therapy and books really helpful. There is a variety of books on getting over anxiety that you could order through Amazon or other places. I would suggest you do that and stay off medication if you can. I did it.
Hi Anyta! The most important thing to realize, at least for me, is that you need to embrace your anxiety and realize that nothing bad will happen to you even though you are dizzy. I had it all — severe dizziness, fast heart, bad thoughts, dream like state — even now I get them. I try to smile when those things happen because I know that I’m not alone. You are not alone either. 10% of the population suffers from anxiety and/or depression. Meditation helped a lot. You have to stick with it for at least a couple of weeks. Mindfulness. Excercise helps. And my doctor gave me Xanax. I take the lowest dose 0.25 mg once or twice a week. Sometimes I take it 3 times a week. Some weeks I don’t take it at all. Sometimes I take only half which my gp says I shouldn’t even feel. It helps to bring me back. It’s a mother f****r this anxiety, but it is common and it won’t harm you. When it hits you just try to accept it and then let it go. Say, “I’m moving on now.” If you have stress at work/Home that might be causing it. We all deal with stress differently. I was in a really bad place. Now I’m in a bit of a better place. Not 100%, but I’m not afraid of going back to the bad place. Because I know it will only make me stronger. I would suggest that you get a referral to a psychiatrist and get on an anti depressant. Most people can tolerate a SSRI but I'm not able to. I take mirtazapine which is more commonly given for depression but it does help me with my anxiety some. If you can avoid anxiety drugs like Xanax that would be best. I've been on Xanax daily for over 3 years, I'm on a small amount but nevertheless, they are bad for you. I'm also in therapy with a psychologist weekly and that helps too.
I had really bad anxiety last year. My therapist suggested walking for at least 45 minutes each day. After 30 minutes, your brain starts to produce dopamine which is the best anti anxiety drug. I always felt better after my walk and if I started feeling another attack coming, I take a short walk around the block.
Mindfulness and meditation can be beneficial too.
