Every time i am afraid that i have heart problem and any time heart attack will come i already did so many times ECG and echo ,TMT but all reports are fine but every time near my heart some sensation is going on,suddenly right hand back side start paining and remove after a min. this afraids me lot ...........

Please don’t jump on to the diagnosis immediately. Try to find out the reason, why you are having this phobia. Did you have any bad event of such type or with your nearby? Just try to observe your complaints, whether these are related to any particular muscular activity. If this pain has definite start, progress and termination then it could help your GP to decide the medication.
