I am nitesh kumar working for navy and from last 1 months I have left side mild chest pain in 24 hrs its comes for 7-8 times a day. I check my blood pressure and pulse rate at morning time and evening time my blood pressure shows normal but in morning my pulse rate is above 100.and evening time my pulse rate is 51-58 only I am very much worried and tensed what's going wrong with my heart. I have gone through ecg also in which t waves was mild high. Dr told nothing to worry everything is good. Please any help me out with this problem. Some time I feels cold sensation on chest. Please help me out

Thank you very much sophy for your reply it's really means me a lot.. I am depress about that I have heart issue anytime heart attack will come and I will die... From last 2 days I am very upset my chest pains when I think I am not able to sleep at night... Most dangerous thing is killing me I am on ship if heart attack will come there is no doctor on board.. Please tell me solution

I have heart issues as well.. Yes sometimes I get scared. Well I try to convince my self. I try by all means to ignore it. What helped me is, I went to mediclinic heart hospital and iam drinking medication. Medication is helping me a lot.. Iam much better since I started with it.... Be positive dear. I know is not easy but it's possible.

Thank you very much sophy, just got your reply.. Which medcine you are taking? I have only chest pain I don't have any other symptoms... My blood pressure is always normal only pusle is low 50-60 my mind is sending negative signal all time that heart attack will come. What alll symptoms you have what is your age?
