I have been working at the place and two of my co workers lost their voices then i did too and i had sore throat then a week later I notice this one bump under my vagina opening that looks like a cut and got infected then i went on and the doctor swabbed it and it was really painful and she pressed hard on it. The results came in 5 days after testing for herpes culture and it showed positive. Then now the bump kinda disappeared, I’d say 3 days after the digosis and also there’s no sore throat anymore. Now I’m experiencing a mild burning and itching sensation above the clitoris and it appeared to me that there’s bumps and I’m very scared cause when the first bump disappeared i was like 100% confidant that it was a false positive. Please tell me what you think! I’m on a vacation and i can’t see a doctor here!
Did you get a blood test

I did blood test for syphilis, HIV,Chlam, Gono, trichomonas and they all showed negative. The herpes culture-HSV without typing showed positive.
Start antiviral meds now if you didnot start after your first bump.
It s herpes as long as your swab told that!

The problem is that I left the country before I get the results and they won't give me the prescription unless I go get it myself.
I was very anxious and I went to another ER to see what it is while waiting for the culture result and she told me don't you even worry that's a cut in the skin. So I left kinda relieved but when I saw the culture results I freaked out and I thought they might be wrong maybe.
I have no idea where I got it from! I have had unprotected sex with this person a couple times before and I never experienced anything, and I did have unprotective sex with the same person a week maybe before the first bump was noticeable to me.
I have confronted him and he was concerned and wanted to go get checked. But I know this person might have had sex with someone else so I asked again and he said that it was always protected sex. So I really don't know and I'm so nervous!
Try reach antiviral meds and do blood test later
If the blood test wasn’t type specfic it may just be only HSV1
