For the past 2 or 3 weeks I have been feeling pain around my anus/rectum area. In the beginning I started feeling a burning sensation when urinating and pain around my perineum or so I thought. I also started feeling like a rock or small pebble was stuck in there and it would hurt constantly more so when I sat down but there was nothing out of the blue on the outside of the anus. I went to patient first who recommended me to see a urologist. Before going to the urologist I felt inside and I could feel a very small bump smaller than a pea and that’s the area the pain was in(it’s still really hard to pinpoint feels like the pain moves around). Anyways the urologist did a DRE exam and said everything seemed normal and she didn’t feel anything out of the ordinary and said it could possibly be prostatitis. So she told me to take a prostrate supplement and hot bath. I also had a trip to the ER they week because I was having abdominal pain and they took blood as well as a CT scan of the abdomin and pelvic area and urine test. They said there was no sign of infection, blood work looks normal and CT scan showed a normal sized prostrate. The pain kinda went away in my anus but I could still feel a pebble like object in there. And now 3 or so weeks later the same pain is back and I felt around an I felt more small bumps like two and again that’s where it seems like the pain is. Does anyone have any idea what this could possibly be? I also have noticed my bowl movements are off, when ever I have to go the stool comes out small and ball shaped. I’m afraid it could be cancer and I’m really worried.
Also I have never been sexually active
Go see gastroenterologist . It could be internal haemorrhoid.
