I felt so good today and started to feel back to my happy, calm self. As the past couple of days, i have been feeling very anxious, particularly at night. Feeling a little anxious right now, not as bad as last night but it's making me feel kind of alone right now.. don't know if I should see someone now i.e a therapist, before it gets worse?
any advice would be lovely!

Yes you should be in some sort or therapy. It is comforting and quite Helpful.

Therapy is definitely a good idea, CBT has helped me a lot and gives you some useful tools for the future as well. Also try out some relaxation apps or go online to get some tips, there are lots of things out there to help you if you have some time to look.
Also it's a good idea to cut out caffeine and chocolate (which contains caffeine) and limit other processed foods as much as you can. Another useful tool is exercise to burn off any excess energy.
Just try some different methods until you find the right combination for you x
