Hello there, for the past few weeks I've been having chest pain that is usually under my left breast, and on my sternum, other times its on the right side, and underneath my collarbone along with chest tightness.
I'm 17, I weigh 100 pounds, No family history of a heart problem that I know of. I've gone to the ER once and they did an ECG that came back "abnormal" then I had a chest x-ray and a blood test. They both came back normal, but they said I have acute asthma, then they sent me home with cyclobenzaprine 10mg, and an inhaler. I also went to my family pediatrician and he said that I had costochondritits and recommend that I just take some ibuprofen. For a while I didn't have much chest pain but about two nights ago it came back and hurt really bad. I woke up my dad and told him it felt like I was having a heart attack, he said I was freaking myself out and that they took test and that if something was wrong it would have came up in the tests. He told me relax and listen to some music, after a while the pain subsided so I took half of a muscle relaxer (the full thing makes me way to drowsy and I hadn't planed on falling asleep) and some ibuprofen and fell asleep. That was two days ago now and both days I've had slight chest pain, not as bad as the other night but notable. I also suffer from esophagitis which I am taking omeprazole for.
Am I freaking myself out and manifesting symptoms, is it costochondritis or am I having a real heart problem?

Please Help asap I can't stop thinking about it.
