I have been tanning on the beach for months and suddenly got these random sores on my body in sweaty places like under my armpit near my anus, behind my legs and on my shoulder. is there anything to worry about! is this an std or do i have an allergy from the heat?? im really scared please help. they do not itch, but sore.

They could be insect bites. I wonder if you may have been scratching some of them? Get some insect bite or Savlon cream to soothe the areas and they should settle down.

you should probably go to a sex clinic, like Adhari said, might be insects bites, it could also be scabies, or even siphilis (treatable with one injection), you should go and get tested just to be safe.
