if all tests are normal than it looks like anxiety symptoms. yes we sometimes cannot believe such symptoms are mental but this is the dark truth.
have you been to see an ENT doctor? i had sudden vertigo and balance and hearing issues and i have menieres disease and bppv both of which are inner ear conditions and not nice. i have been off work but thanks to medication have good days, not just bad days
worth looking into
Hi anne can i ask how you were diagnosed and your symptoms were actually like? i am confused about mine and if its vertigo. For 3 months now i have been feeling like an elevator drop motion inside my head and its opened a can of absolute panic and worry and now the past 2 days its got worse x
have you had your ears checked ? do you experience allergies or sinus problems. sounds like fluid in your head throwing your balance off. maybe you should see an ear, nose and throat doctor. if that doesnt work out, maybe a neurologist. i dont like ER doctors as they are usually still in training and have no real world experience. let me know.
thanks every one for the reply.i have been to ENT and they checked my eyes and everything alright(according to the doctor)
the worry is that of all the Doctor are telling me I’m alright but i s feel swayed when walking i don’t know what to do.i’m suppose to get married on August and i’m feeling worse.please help.
it started suddenly for my case.for you i dont know if you are experiencing hearing loss and balancing issues.what about your eyes please reply?
i have been to ent but everything came out normal.
and you are on no medication of any type? how about an MRI? CT scan?
sounds like you’ve been checked out thoroughly and everything comes out normal. The only thing left is severe anxiety and fear. That is causing the symptoms. I have had all your symptoms and it started in my 20s. All of them were due to severe stress and anxiety and negative thoughts.
I know it doesn’t seem possible but it’s true that anxiety can definitely cause your symptoms!
balance issues, fuzzy vision, vertigo, intense fear and sleep issues are very familiar to me and very common with stress and anxiety.
The Key to resolving all of this is learning management of your anxiety. If possible speak with a therapist who can help you with this. This is difficult to manage alone. It really helps to have someone that knows what to do.
Also, you need to find ways to calm down your mind because overthinking
can keep the symptoms going .
There are hundreds of really great meditations for anxiety, fear, sleep, etc. on YouTube. I listen to this every night while laying down and they are very calming. I fall asleep before they are over. check them out!
Check out the meditations for mindfulness breathing because that is the key to calming down and staying in the present moment.
also, if you build up your immune system it will be able to battle stress and anxiety more effectively. Get some exercise, eat healthy foods, stay hydrated, listen to meditations, relax your mind such as listen to relaxing music, take walks in nature, etc. Stay positive and don’t allow negative thoughts! You’re going to be OK but you have to fight for yourself .
You may think this is crazy but if I ever get a symptom here or there from anxiety, I actually laugh at it because I know it’s not harmful. It eventually goes away. I take a matter of fact approach to any anxiety symptoms. Like it’s no big deal.
Remember, whatever thoughts you have, good or bad, they will EXPAND!
So stay positive. You don’t have to let fear control your life. Be determined that you all have a great wedding! because you deserve that! Even if you feel anxiety symptoms at that time, ignore them because they will not hurt you. Take care!
hello hun! its completely taken over my life but i have neen determined to get to the source and i think i may have! ive seen an optician also and my eyes are fine however my life feels like its on rotation and my eyes struggle to catch up and focus! sounds crazy but do you have any built up tension in your neck? look up cervical vertigo! this can affect your eyes, ears, blood flow, the lot!! i read in a forum soneone saying they went to a physiotherapist who did something to a certain muscle and their dizziness went away! i have so much tension from anxiety, poor posture and sleeping with my 7 month old! i get headaches, eye pain, ear pain and i am so dizzy!! also a herniated disk can press on a nerve that can be sending mixed signals to your brain and make you extremely wobbly! Sorry if this dorsnt help xx

keep praying and keep fighting for your health. sometimes god makes us uncomfortable when we need to make big changes. change your diet, exercise, surround yourself with things that make you happy and dont trigger your worry! theres no over night cure for this but strength, faith and self care will get you through it x
thanks for everything i truly appreciate.![]()

brother, i know this sounds far fetched, but did you get your eyes checked? i heard of eye problems where people experience some of your symptoms. its a thought, maybe worth investigating
