Hi can anyone help me please. I have genital outbreaks but I don't experience any pain and I don't have fever. I have four blisterson my vagina near the anus. I had unprotected sex. I noticed the outbreak few weeks ago. It's not a cluster just four pimple like blisters. The other one hurts but the 3 feels nothing. Please tell me if this is herpes. I can't get tested cause I am working in an Arab country. I just had my medical done. Blood test and xray. No result yet. Please help me.
You should get a Swab from the blisters. Why cant you go to the docter?
I'm really shy to go to the doctor and if they find out, I'll be terminated and will be sent back to my country. Can this be something else? I mean I don't have any other symptoms only the four blisters which I noticed lately. I searched online and got so paranoid thinking it could be herpes cause I had unprotected sex 2months ago. I was active. Is there a way on how to get all the blisters away?? Please. Thanks.
Yes i am afraid it could be herpes. That is the reason you have to go to the docter and get it checked. Why will you be sendt home if it is herpes? it does not make sence to me.
I dont really know if it is herpes. But a person symptoms can be very different. Some has no pain at all. So you definetly have to go get checked. You dont have to be shy. Everybody goes to the docter and get checked and a lot of people have hsv.
It would be stupid of you not to do it... and you can pass it on to other sex partners. So it would be for the best.
Im really sorry but.. its just how life is. It is not going to go away just because you dont want to believe its there.
Some Arab countries are very strict about STDs amongst foreign workers, so visa termination or non-renewal is possible. Not sure if that applies to herpes, but it could. I read somewhere once that it applies to syphilis.
You can take acyclovir or valacyclovir for treatment and test for HSV IgG 3+ months post exposure. You can order the meds and test online, but I'm not sure if customs would have an issue with this where you are or if local clinics would participate.
Other alternative is to travel elsewhere 3+ months post exposure and test there (must be the HSV-1&2 IgG antibody test), plus stock up on the meds. You can read about the different meds and dosing regimens on the CDC website.
