Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this…
Every month I get random headaches (rather dull, from around the top of my head) that are preceded by deja vu-like ‘memories’. Afterwards, I start to feel nauseous and my mouth starts to fill with saliva. I also get a feeling like I’m on a rollercoaster, like my heart drops (if that makes sense). The whole thing lasts for a maximum of a minute, and then after its done I only vaguely remember what “triggered” it and what occurred during the whole ordeal.
These happen multiple times in about a 1-2 week span each month, always as a precursor to my period, and has happened monthly for about 12 years.
I have absolutely no idea what these are. Are they migraines? Any insight would be much appreciated, thanks
