Hi, these do absolutely not look like herpes. It looks more like Fordyce spots. I wouldn’t worry.
the area is becoming slightly irritated so I’m figuring I’m only noticing the spots because they seem inflamed. feels like a yeast infection coming on. thanks for making me feel better! I’ve had cold sores my whole life and have been so very careful to not spread them anywhere else (I only have ever had them on the corner of my mouth) but I know that one day it could very well change. my husband who I’ve been with for 8 years hasn’t had anything ever but I still freak out.
Yes they be more visible when irritated. You’ll be fine
