Might maybe looks like genital warts or condyloma idk ?

I have no pain in urinating and no discharge. The bumps isn’t in a large cauliflower masses. So I doubt its those two. Thanks though!

Oh. To add on, I have phimosis. I can get it back now but when its erect, it cant go all the way back. Only recently was I able to pull it all the way back in its unerect state. I’m 22 this year.
