ive had these bumps on my penis for maybe 2-3 years now they have been here since before i even started having sex they sometimes have some ouss and only the bigger ones hurt a lik when i touch it
that kinda looks like scabies, I would sugest you get permethrin cream and apply it EVERYWHERE from the neck down (armpits, back, chest, arms, abdomen, pubic, penis, testicles, crack etc), change in to CLEAN CLOTHES and wash your bed sheets after applying the cream. (scabies takes 3-5 days to die from clothing etc).
