i have developed a painful lump in my cheek, right at the back of my cheek between my top and bottom back teeth. it is a large lump and seems to have a hole in the centre, it doesnt look like a canker sore to be honest but ive never had one. anyone got any advice on what it could be? the entire left side of my jaw is aching. please see attached photos. could it just be an infection?
