I made investigation:MRI for pitutary gland and urin smolaliy.

Now I take desmopressin120mic.

I need to finish it.

I'm not sure why you feel you need to "finish" your Desmopressin, sir, but I'm afraid you need to take it for the rest of your life.  The reason for this is that diabetes insipidus (DI) causes you to urinate very frequently, causing you to be abnormally thirsty, due to your body not being able to 'hold on to the excessive urine that your kidneys produce.

Diabetes insipidus is caused by problems with a hormone called vasopressin (AVP), also called antidiuretic hormone (ADH).

AVP plays a key role in regulating the amount of fluid in the body.  It's produced by specialist nerve cells in a part of the brain known as the hypothalamus.  AVP passes from the hypothalamus to the pituitary gland where it's stored until needed.

Unfortunately, as it stands, there is no cure for Diabetes Insipidus.

I mean by finish it,to finish disease,because drs don't know is this last diagnosis or there's another thing I have to do?

Unfortunately, sir, Diabetes Insipidus will remain with you for the rest of your life.  There isn't, as yet, a cure for it.

I will do my best to cut it off,when it came to me,it came suddenly without taking time.

Just I remember myself was normal.

I still looking for the cause and the final treatment that I will do to rest in peace.

Please forgive me, sir, for taking so long to respond to your message.  Unfortunately, I've been bedbound for almost the last week, and haven't been able to get to my computer.

Believe me, sir, I do KNOW how you feel about 'comparing' yourself now to what you were like before your illness developed.  I'm always doing the same thing.

I don't know if your doctor has informed you, sir, but there are different types of diabetes insipidus, which can have different 'root' causes as to why they developed.  If s/he hasn't informed you, it MAY pay you to ask.
