I think I've had this for 3 months now i thought nothing of it but i then started thinking maybe there is something up I looked online and I found nothing on it.
I do already have dry skin.
It's some line that goes from the glans midway down the stalk on the foreskin. I don't know what it is and I'm so paranoid about it.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

those are veins, those veins help our penis get erect,
That is the perineal raphe. It is line that runs down from the penis to the anus.
It’s most likely a very normal vein that shows on the uncut sheath/foreskin.
