I have had bad anxiety for over six weeks

the doctor put me on 50mg of setraline didn't do much have had a good few days but more bad than good so he upped it to 100mg on Friday still getting quite bad anxiety the only thing that helps is taking a Diazapan occasionally has any one else gone through this and how long before it kicks in X

Hi there, I and a few of us on here have Propranolol to curb the anxiety.  Maybe worth asking your GP?

Going thru it right now, been 4 weeks, :'( I'm scared and want to feel ok

I know how you are feeling just had the worst ever anxiety attack how do you deal with it x

Listen to videos on YouTube for anxiety relief, take zoloft 37.5 right now, waiting for it to kick in fully, go to social worker one time a week, mornings are awful, but that's common... Are u on meds? Only take xanax if I NEED TO, don't fight the panic, let it happen, it can't hurt u! X

Yes am on setraline started on 50 mg now on 100 for 5 days I take Diazapan if it gets too bad xx

I am on week 5 of 50mg setraline 23yo male and 40mg propranolol for almost the same I had one good day with no panic or " chest flutters" as I call them that awkward crawling feeling in your chest , had a coupl of panic attacks since being on the setraline I have an appt on the 25th with a doctor where he may increase to the 100mg which I hear is kind of the procedure, lemme know if u ever fancy a chat pal times are tough right now and sometimes speaking to someone with similar case can help, Good luck and take care

Tell me about it pal it's not good I'm regretting waiting so long to get medical help I have been like this for almost a year now and only got help a month ago so it's set me back, drop me a message so you remember my username and feel free to msg anytime I find myself on here all the time these days anyway

I have been taking ativan for anxietty along with my zoloft and cymbalta, and have started to ween off the ativan. My anxiety has lessened. I am on week 3 of 100 mg of zoloft.

16.5 weeks for me on 150 and still having many bad days
