I was reading about a machine that helps with quite a various of ailments. It's called Alpa Stim, it's expensive to buy but Dr Steel on This Morning tv swears by the it and has helped him so much. Hope you look it up it's worth a look. My son is buying it for me so I can tell you all how I get on.

Please do keep us informed. I'm curious as to the electrical components. I've only heard of a few different types of stim units. Wondering if this us a new or even advanced technology on the basics.

Let us know how it works!  I have had fibro for 20 years and I have found no new treatments in that period of time other than alternative therapies that really work.

Hya, I've lost text I was sending to you, After useing my Alpha Stim for 6weeks, I'm sleeping much better, agitation has eased off so much, plus feel more energetic less tired! I will know a lot more if I'm still feeling the same way in the next 6 weeks, up to now I'm more than happy with the outcome. I'm still suffering with my RA but I'm ok as long as this horrible Fibro has eased so much. I were clips on my ears for 1hour at night time, no discomfort at all. Hope this info helps. I looke dit up, seems to be a similar idea to a TENS machine. My physiotheraist gave me a TENS machine to help ease my pain. It works great. Glad to hear the Alpha-Stim is working for you

With this machine you can use the probes for isolated pain plus clip on the ear clips for an hour of a evening, sleeping much better, more energy& less Fibro fog. But I suffer with RA so I'm still having quite a lot pain with that, If you look it up on the Internet it would explain much more than I can! But I believe it's helping me. Good Luck.

hello Liem, I also have a tens but it only helped with isolated pain, with the Alpha Stim it helps me to sleep better, more energy & my pain has eased off a lot. I put clips on my ears & switch it on, like Tens it tingles but you only have it on low number. Also it has 'probes' to put on isolated area like a tens, not used them yet, you can much moor info off the internet. Plus I don't suffer wth a lot of Fibro Fog! I happy to say it works for me.
