I noticed red spots on my penis for about 2 months now and it was coming and going. I used cream, apple cider, yogurt and coconut oil and it seemed to go away.
But today after sex, i noticed them again.
Can you please help me with this issue?
Thanks

did you had protected or unprotected sex including oral?
This looks like balanitis due to dryness of glans and rough masturbation.
also are you circumcised?
I had unprotected sex including oral with my girlfriend. We have been together for over a year now.
And no I am not circumcised.
Is it balanitis?
if it does not itch then it is just skin irritation or i can say it is normal for some spots to be on penis glans.
don’t wash it with soap.
try pure cold pressed coconut oil for a few days.
Actually the sex yesterday was quite rough and my gf did lots of grinding but it does not itch at all, just my foreskin is a kinda tight.
I am currently using extra “Mild Surgras Soap with olive oil Le Petit Olivier” to wash the gland.
Should I discontinue?
Will try the coconut oil cold press.
Than you.
then it may be due to rough sex too.
Stop using soap for a few days and apply coconut oil and also dry the glans after washing with water.
Update here in any case.
Will do.
Thanks for you advices
Lostknight has given you a lot of good advice. I would only add, because you have the reaction going on with the head of your penis, do NOT go back to using soap again - only ever wash with water only, then dry straight away and ensure you are 100% dry. You need to do this after you have been sexual aroused (pre-ejaculate) and following actual ejaculation, as well as after urinating.
For others reading this, particularly for those uncircumcised - you need to avoid anything building up underneath the foreskin, and, this can be ejaculate, any lubes you have used, or for those using condoms, don’t forget there are a whole host of chemicals used on the inside of condoms - ALL these have to be removed as soon as possible once sexual activity has ceased. This is particularly important for anyone who has a skin reaction going on on the head / glans of the penis, anywhere on the foreskin, or immediately below the foreskin / head of penis for those circumcised.
The reaction you have going on suggests you have either a dermatological condition, or some form of Balanitis - if nothing clears up within 4 or 5 weeks I would seek the advice of a Dermatologist or a Urologist - you can often access these at a Specialist Sexual Health Service …
It looks like some kind of rash to me. Do you use any kind of lube or gel during sex? Does your girlfriend use anything to freshen herself? It could be something you are allergic. Or, you can get a fungal infection from your girlfriend. From my understanding, yeast infection is not an STD, but it can be spread through sexual intercourse, causing red spots on your penis. Fugacil cream can help eliminate fungi and soothe the symptoms. So if your rash continues, use the cream and avoid having sex. And if it gets worse, see a doctor.
