I have had the implant for a year and a half and my cycle is still not regular

hi guys

i was wondering if i should be concerned that after a year and half of having the implant my periods are still regular?

is it just a case were so long as i have it i wont be regular or is this abnormal and i should be going to see a doctor

i had a cycle last month that lasted 19 days and this month is 34 and im still waiting on my period :confused:
