I have had the spots on my circumcision line for couple years and I’m 18,how do I get rid of it

i have had these spot on my circumsion line for couple years im 18 and have searched online and looks like trauma to being circumstised, is it possible to get these removed

you don’t need to be rid of them
they look normal and Healthy

It is just a raised scar, a lot of cut men have them

the picture doesnt show it well but its spot that could be felt and looks worst in person, where do i have to go to get rod of these?
