I Have had these marks all over my ankles and feet for over two years with pain

i have had the raised wierd bruises on my annkles and feet for over two yearFile size is too bigs they have gotten worse and have gotten more.File size is too bigFile size is too bigFile size is too bigFile size is too bigFile size is too big i also have severe foot,ankle,and knee pain. my knees keep locking on me they have a sever sharp pain in them. and my ankles hurt badly i can barley walk . knees and anlkles are constently cracking as well and i also get these weird limps under skin on knees and ankles they feet like bone but they arnt.
