this bump is located on the neck of my penis. is only visible during full erection or when I stretch the skin. it feels like a solid mass. hasn't had any change in size during these years. but gets a little sensitive and itchy when having intercourse. I'm 30 y.o. my partner is concerned about it . should I get it checked out?
